Dr. Hoovinbhavi Babanna.L is presently the Associate Professor in Education at Department of Studies and Research in Education at Gulbarga University Gulbarga, Karnataka. His qualifications are M.Sc. with Applied Psychology, M.Ed., UGC-NEY & JRF, CIC, PGDHE, Ph.D. in Education. Areas of Specializations are: Educational Technology, Computer Education, Science Education, Psychology of Learning, Educational Planning and Finance. More than 15 years of teaching experience at Post Graduate Level and more than 05 years of experience in guiding Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy. More than 10 M.Phil. degrees are guided and awarded, More than 600 dissertations are guided at M.Ed level.
