ABOUT THE AUTHOR Alok Satsangi

Alok Satsangi, after spending couple of years in the corporate world, where he held respectable positions, with NIIT Smart Serve & ITC Infotech Later Mr. Satsangi, took to teaching management students. In the lat five years he has taught at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Vasunndhra, Ghaziabad as a core faulty and as visiting faculty at SRC, New Delhi, LCM, Rohini & NCPE, Noida. Currently he is working as a core Management faculty NSB School of Business, New Delhi. He is also taking care of the corporate relations of the college. He Specializes in Marketing and Human Resource Management. He has organized National Seminars, served as a member in many professional bodies, and is a trainer for personality development with many agencies. He has published couple of research papers and at present pursuing research.
