Dr. Bhuban Chandra Mahapatra (39), Lecturer in Education in the Department of Multimedia Education, Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal India. He was a research scholar in the Instiutte of Education, Indore. His area of specialization is computer Education. Dr. Mahapatra has published more than four dozen of research papers in nationally and internationally reputed journals.
