ABOUT THE AUTHOR Shipra Vaidya

Dr. Shipra Vaidya (b. 1969) specialized in Human Resource Management at the Rajasthan University, Jaipur. She possesses strong interests in education, School Educationi Programme, in particular. She has varied research experience on officially approved projects on assessing entrepreneurial needs among young children. Her interests are in Educational Research, Commerce Education Programme and Educational Technology. Her latest book on “Educational Foundations and Development – A Global quest for the 21st Century” (in two Volumes) was published in 2002 by Deep and Deep Publications Pvt. Ltd. Presently she is working with the Department of Education in Social Science and Humanities, National council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi.
