ABOUT THE AUTHOR P O Bodding

Rev. P.O. Bodding (1868-1936) was the most outstanding of the missionary scholars who came to India in January 1890 from Norway and worked among the Santals and studied their language and culture. Author’s another prestigious work is A Santal Dictionary. He spent his twenty years to complete this masterpiece.
