Dr. Verinder Grover (b. 1923) received his M.A. in Political Science from the Punjab University and was awarded the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy by the University of Delhi. Dr. Grover, formerly Reader in the Department of Political Science, University of Delhi, has also been for almost two decades the Managing Editor of the Indian Political Science Review, published from the Department of Political Science, University of Delhi, Delhi.
