Lohar, reader, department of Zoology and Coordinator, Biotechnology and medical Laboratory technology, M.G.S.M’s Arts, Science and Commerce College, Chopda, has a master’s degree in Zoology from Poona University, M.Phil. from S.G. university, Surat and Ph.D. from Saurashtra University, Rajkot with the best academic record. He has 16 years of teaching experience in Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, genetics, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, and Medical laboratory technology. His research interest ranges from heavy metal intoxication to cytogenetics. He has presented papers at many national conferences and published 20 research papers in well-reputed journals. He has also written a comprehensive book on Biotechnology. He plays a significant role in introducing job-oriented courses like Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, medical Laboratory technology and Pathology and has thus always motivated students to the vast array of the field Life science.
