ABOUT THE AUTHOR C.R. Bharol
Dr. C.R. Bharol, is a researcher, author, accredeted trainer-motivator in Entrepreneurship Management. He has obtained Post Graduation in Applied Economics, Commerce, English Literature, American Literature, L.L.B., Ph.D. from Lucknow University. He has published 40 research papers in the field of management and R&D, in National and International Journals. He has represented on National and International Seminar with his research papers on various economic and management topics. He has been executive members of different societies of management. He has been a senior scientist of PME cell of C.D.R.I. Lucknow for about 30 years. After it, he joined academic line in SRM-IMT, Modinagar, as a Professor, Dean and Academic Incharge for about 5 years. Then he joined Ishan Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida as a Director. Then he joined Tecnia Institute of technology and Management Madhuwan Chowk, Rohini, New Delhi as a Director (Academics). At present, he is a professor in Department of Management Studies, NIEC and BBD Engineering College, Lucknow and teaching Entrepreneurship to MBA students and E.D.P to B.Tech. VII Semester. He further pursuing D.Litt in Applied Economics with Lucknow University.
