ABOUT THE AUTHOR A K Tiwari

Dr. A.K. Tiwari is Sr. Lecturer in the department of Law, university of North Bengal, Darjeeling. He has been teaching Environmental Law in LL.B., LL.M. and P.G. Diploma in Environmental law program of the university since 1998. he has got his Doctorate degree from North Bengal University for his research thesis in the area of Environmental law. Dr. Tiwari has been the recipient of the UGC Merit Scholarship during his LL.M. course in benaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Besides contributing research articles in reputed law journals he has participated in several national and international conferences, seminars and workshops.
