ABOUT THE AUTHOR Dinesh Nagar

Dinesh Nagar is currently Director (Planning, Training and Extension) at Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal. He is on deputation from the department of Psychology, barkatullah university, Bhopal. He holds a D.Phil degree in Psychology from Allahabad University and received his post-Doctoral training of three years from the university of Texas at Arlington, USA. Earlier, under the UNDP scheme on capacity building he has worked as Associate professor at the university of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He was selected by the BSRB and was appointed as faculty in the area of behavioral sciences at the Apex training college of central bank of India and Dena bank at Bombay. He has conducted training programmes in many organizations including TELCO, Shipping Corporation of India, reserve bank of India, State Bank of India, M.P. Police and Academy of Administration ad so forth. He has also done consultancy assignment on capacity building of NGOs for SAP, Nepal in Kathumandu. Dr. nagar has extensively published research work on environmental and social issues in reputed foreign/national journals and edited books published by international publishers like Academic Press, Beverly-Hills, Sage, John Wiley and Erbaum Associates, USA. He has written a book on Human Reactions to Crowding.
