Sushil Kumar, holds B. Lib., M. Lib., and D. C. degrees. He has done M.A. in Political Science from Delhi University. With his vast teaching experience at his hand, he is deeply involved into writing of books and Papers ion various subjects. He jholds regular discussion and debates on various topics among general public, friends and students as well. Besides being an avid bibliophile, he has many interest and contributes papers and articles on various issues regulary.
