The management of working capital is one of the most significant aspect in the firm’s overall financial management. Dr. Kusum is specialised in the business management and got Ph.D. degree in commerce. Currently, she is working as a journalist. Apart from this, she is proficient in writing articles on various issues of management and social problems in reputed periodicals, journals and newspapers. She has also participated in group discussions on management problems on TV as well as conferences. About ten articles, projects reports and two books are also to her credit.
