ABOUT THE AUTHOR Amitava Mitra

Amitava Mitra is currently the Reader in the Department of Economics at Arunachal University, Itanagar. He is doing a number of major research projects on environment, tourism and property rights. A number of research papers in National and International journals and edited books are to his credit. He has also authored a book on migration and urbanizatioin.
