Maya Majumdar has done her post graduation from Calcutta, West Bengal. She has served various social organizations and possesses vast experience in the field of Social Developmental Issues particularly women and Child Welfare. She has to her credit various research papers and articles on Women and Child Development, published in various journals of repute. Her areas of interest are women, and health. Presently she is associated with various child development activities under the auspices of UNICEF in several countries.
