ABOUT THE AUTHOR Rakesh K. Sinha

Rakesh K. Sinha (b. 1967), received his B.A. (Hons.) and M.A. in Political Science from Allahabad University. He did his M.Phil. from Delhi University and passed UGC (NET) examination. He has completed his Ph.D. on ‘The Socio-Economic Status of Dalit.’ He is the Dy. Director of a voluntary organisation indulge in for the sake of welfare of Dalits. He has also worked as Lecturer on Ad hoc basis. He has made intensive study on Dalits. He has been writing articles on the problems and the rights of Dalits in various reputed journals etc.
