ABOUT THE AUTHOR G N Karalay

G.N. Karalay is presently a guest faculty at National Power Training Institute, Nagpur. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering in 1962, he served various government organizations like C.E.A., BHEL and NTPC from where he retired as Executive Director. Later he served Power Finance Corporation as its Senior Consultant. Also, while working in several mega green field projects he was closely associated with resettlement and rehabilitation of rural people, who were displaced as a result of land acquisition.
