ABOUT THE AUTHOR Jasprit Kaur Soni

Jasprit Kaur Soni is a Prolific writer who is interested in theme of women, children, scheduled tribes and human rights. She has been an author of the Book “ Introspection of Tribal Development”. Her forthcoming book is on “ Human Rights”. Her educational background includes a BA (Hons) and MA in Political Science form Ranchi University, Ranchi and B.Ed. from M.D. University, Rohtak. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science form M.L.S. University, Udaipur and has proficiency in computers. A Present, she is working in the Department of political science at Bhupal Nobels’ Post Graduate College, Udaipur. She has actively participated in number of National & International seminars’ conferences and had privilege to present papers. She has contributed numerous research articles to many books, published under various edititorships and also to several journals on different socio-political problems. She has completed two research projects under the patronage of Ministry of Social justice & empowerment, New Delhi and Tribal Research Institute, Udaipur. Dr. J.K. Soni has done considerable research in the field of women’s studies. Dr. J.K. Soni has participated in number of Workshops in the field of Research Method & Survey Technique and Skill Development among Tribals. She has also worked in the field of Human Rights and attended Seminars/ Conferences in the subject.
