Talat Parveen did her Master degree in Political Science from Agra university and M.Phil. and Ph.D. from the centre of west Asian Studies, Aligarh. Currently, she is a faculty in Political Science at Hindu College, Moradabad, Rouhelkhand university. She has published many research papers in various journals of repute.
