Dr. Ziauddin Khairoowala obtained his M. Com. and Ph.D. degrees from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. A seasoned teacher, having over two decades professional standing, he was Asstt. Professor in Commerce, New College, Madras and Reader in Commerce at A.M.U., Aligarh. Currently, he is Associate Professor, in Department of Management and Public Administration, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia (Africa). A keen researcher, Dr. Khairoowala is an active member of many professional organizations. He has participated in many national/international seminars and conferences. A prolific writer he has a number of research papers, published in journals of repute besides many outstanding books to his credit.
