ABOUT THE AUTHOR T.R. Naval

T.R. Naval is an Additional District and Sessions Judge. He has also served as Sub-Judge First Class, Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Rent Controller, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate and Presiding Officer Labour Court in Delhi. He joined Delhi Judical Service in 1985 and was promoted in Delhi Higher Judicial Sercvice in 2000. He was awarded degree of Master in Laws in 1986 and Doctor of Philosophy (Low)in 2000 by Delhi University. Dr. Naval has to his credit a book Law of Prevention of Atrocities on the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
