Part II of this Book delineates on the law on right to information, provisions made at international level as well as related laws. This work is done with the object of reaching out to a lay person and may be of immense use for students, activists, development professionals, teachers, researchers, lawyers, social workers, NGOs or any one else who may be curious to know abut his or her right to know.
