ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ch. Bhanu Kiran

Ch Bhanu Kiran has done his M.B.A. in M.P. Birla Institute of Management (An Associate of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan), Bangalore University, Bangalore. He has been awarded Ph.D degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. He worked for four years as Senior Sales Manager in Bajaj Allianza Life Insurance Company Ltd, Anantapur. He has been visiting faculty for Teaching Management Studies in several colleges. Presently he is Assistant Manager in Tata Teleservices Ltd, Anantapur.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR M. Mutyalu Naidu

has done his M.B.A. in Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and Ph. D in Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. He worked as lecturer in SVH College of Engineering, Machilipatnam for one year and later joined in Management Department of Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur in the year 1985. He had been elevated to the position of Professor in the same university in the year 2001. He was National Convention Coordinator for World Telugu Convention held in New York, USA in 1993. He has participated in Andhra Pradesh American Chamber of Commerce Business Meet in New York, USA. He visited American two times in 1987 and 1988. He has published 18 research papers 4 books to his credit. He has completed one UGC Major Research Project. He worked as Registrar of English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad during 2006-07 . Presently, he is Executive Director (Programmes) Society for Andhra Pradesh Networks, Mana TV, Department of TT & C, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
