ABOUT THE AUTHOR K.S. Yadav

Dr. K.S. Yadav is teacher and a grass root level worker with versatile experiences in the filed of education. He has worked at various levels in the education field. He worked as a teacher as a teacher educator and as an administrator. At present, he is working as a principal in Govt. Sr. Sec. School of GNCT of Delhi. He Synchronized the theory and practice in the field of education by involving Community. He generated very innovation idea and practices in the school system. He is a also encouraging research projects in the school. He is born in Haryana, District Gurgaon. He started his career as teacher in 1981 from his home state after taking M. Sc. (Math. & Static’s)from Kurukshetra University. He has taken a degree of Ph.D. in the field of Education. He has wide experiences in the application of education. He qualified for the NET examination of UGC and also took diploma in Adult and Continuing education. His main interest are in the field of education especially in universalization of elementary education. He has been involving in total literacy campaign in Delhi, since its inception in 1995. He organize twenty-five literacy centers at his own resource independently. He has motivating factors to encourage a large number of learners and volunteers.
