ABOUT THE AUTHOR Tanmay Panda

Dr. Tanmay Panda is presently working as a Reader in the Department of Commerce, Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, University of Delhi, Delhi. Prior to his current assignment, he was the Head and Dean, Department of Business Management, Faculty of Management Studies, VBS Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, UP. His excellent academic career include several national and state level scholarship, university Gold Medal in Masters and M.Phil and Ph.D degrees from Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. An educationist by profession, he has been a visiting faculty to a number of B'schools in India and has visited several universities in UK and USA. He has attended and organised many National and International Conferences. His other books include-Changing Trends in Personnel Management, Changing Trends in Human Resource Management, Changing Trends in Strategic Management and Marketing Management.
