The term “time management†creates a false impression-that a person has control over time. Time cannot be managed as it is beyond the power of any human being. We can only manage ourselves to get the best out of the time on self-management. It is interesting that the skills we need to manage others are the same we need to manage ourselves: the ability to plan, delegate, organize, direct and control.
