ABOUT THE AUTHOR Falguni C. Shastri
The authors academic achievements are to include M. Com, M. Phil, MBA (Finance), and Ph.D. she is working as a permanent lecturer in commerce faculty in Jasani Arts and Commerce College, Rajkot. She has 12 years of teaching experience in the college education to her credit. She is actively involved in research activities and has presented more than a dozen research based papers at national and international seminars and conferences.
