The authors academic achievements are to include M. Com, M. Phil, MBA (Finance), and Ph.D. she is working as a permanent lecturer in commerce faculty in Jasani Arts and Commerce College, Rajkot. She has 12 years of teaching experience in the college education to her credit. She is actively involved in research activities and has presented more than a dozen research based papers at national and international seminars and conferences. Some of her papers rated very high by the chairmen of the technical sessions, include: "Emerging Dimensions of International Financial Flows" "Innovative Financial Instruments" "Economic Value Added-A Case Study" "Security analysis and Risk Evaluation" "Transfer Pricing and MNCs", "Small Investor's Protection in India", "The Role of SEBI in controlling Secondary Market", "The Managerial Ethics in Acquisition, Merger and Takeover", etc. Her areas of specialization include Accounting and Finance, Statistical Analysis, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management and Corporate Laws.
