ABOUT THE AUTHOR Anil Kumar Singh

Dr. Anil Kumar Sing currently working with India's foremost news channel Aaj Tak Earlier he was associated with Zee News. He had a brief stint in teaching Political Science at a Delhi Universitsy affiliated college till 1995. He then joined Dileep Padgaonkar's organization APCA and worked in the field of television journalism. He did his B.A. Hons. Political Science, M.A. Political Science, M.Phil, and Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Delhi. Dr. Singh is a keen student of international relations and his areas of special interest are National Security, Indian Ocean, SAARC, New World Orderr, Globalization, New International Order and other related issues. He has contributed several research papers/articles to national level seminars and leading newspapers. Presently he is working on his forthcoming book on India-Mauritius relations.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR R.P. Shukla

Dr. R.P. Shukla (born in 1955) is M.Sc. (Zoology) Kanpur University, M.Ed. University of Allahabad, Ph.D. (Education), center of Advanced Study in Education (CASE), M.S. University, Baroda. Dr. R.P. Shukla has more than 22 years of teaching and research experience to his credit. His is Head of Department of Education, Nagaland University, Kohima, has been engaged in P.G. teaching and research guidance, supervised many Ph.d. works. He is a member of technical Committee on Early childhood Care and Education, Research consultant, SCERT Government of Nagaland, Kohima. Dr. Shukla is a prolific writer. Besides 50 papers published in leading journals, he has contributed chapters in many books and has been resource talker, All India Radio Kohima. Dr. Shukla has organised State, Regional and National Level Conferences on the socially relevant themes.
