Dr. A. Arulraj is an Assistant Professor, Adaikalamatha Institute of Managemetn, Thanjavur, Tamilnadu. He holds Ph.D from Bharathidasan University. As a prolific author, he has been contributing articles various national and international journals. He has his credit 50 research papers. He visited number of countries to participate and chair academic and professional conference. He coordinated three international seminars. He is on the Board of Members in Managemetn studies of Bharathidasan University. He is also an active researcher and an eminent guide in Management studies.
