Population Education: Elements, Dimensions and Policy Planning

This publication titled, "Population education: elements, dimensions and policy planning", provides readers with an introductory overview of population education, its conceptual aspects and the social geography of the composition of Indian population. Attempts have been made towards highlighting population growth in India and the growth of urbanization in India including its causes and impacts. A brief review of importance of aged population including the associated problems and family relations is presented with highlights on Indian approach to family planning and the need for an alternative policy.
