Raceme: A Cluster of Poems

Kedar Nath Sharma was born on 19th March, 1937 and brought up in the sylvan surroundings of the Shivalik foothills at Gangath in Tehsil Nurpur of District Kangra. He had his early education of Gangath , Jawali and Nurpur. He graduated in Arts from S.d. College Pathankot in 1958, did M.A. in English from Delhi University in 1966 while serving under Delhi government. He passed Diploma in Jounalism from Bhartiya vidya Bhawan, New Delhi in 1968. As a freelance journalist he contributed to many newspapers and periodicals including the Sunday Standard, Femina. The Evening News of the Hindustan Times, Caravan, Sainik Samachar, Dateline Delhi, The Indian Book Chronicle and Poetcrit. He retired from Government Service in 1995 as Grade 1 Officer.
