Dr. Tara Chand Sharma is an eminent scholar and educationist and has several books to his credit. He has been serving in the higher education field in the post-independence period. He taught at various colleges in Uttar Pradesh. He has also written and presented papers on curriculum reform at several state and national level seminars and conferences.
