ABOUT THE AUTHOR G.S. Gupta

G.S. Gupta, Ph.D. from Kurukshetra University served Haryana Education Service. He acquired his law degree from Delhi University. He also did a certificate Course from J.N.U. on International Politics. He added to his administrative and research experience during his service with Indian Council of Historical research. He is a well-read and widely travelled scholar who has presented his research papers in national and international seminars and conferences he is Author of several books.
