Dr. Sarat Chandra Joshi, M.A., Ph.D. (Rajasthan University) is Senior Faculty at NIPCCD (Regional Centre, Guwahati). A Seasoned researchers, trainers and prolific writer, Dr. Joshi has written many articles published in journals of repute besides four books. His areas of specialization are migration, special education, child and women studies.
