An ideal book for housewives and working women who clamor for ‘quickie’ recipes and teasers. Also included are a variety of irresistible tea-time snacks and wonderful nibbles for cocktails. While the Italians love their spaghetti, the Irish relish their stews, the Americans prefer their barbecued ,meat, and the Swedes like their smorgasbord, the Indians have a taste for hot dishes, fresh from the pan – be it morning, mid afternoon, pre-dinner or late at night. To cater to their needs, a renowned connoisseur and a home-maker per excellence Kamal Mehta has assembled recipes which are dainty and tempting-looking and require little time for preparation.
