There are probably as many ways to cook the potato as there are people to cook it. In this gorgeous, lip-smacking celebration of everybody’s favourite vegetable, the author presents over 100 exciting potato dishes from India and around the world: soups, salads, snacks, stews, curries, rice, pasta, pancakes, breads, desserts and street food. Several of the recipes combine potatoes with meat, chicken and seafood while others are strictly vegetarian.
