Tourism and Hospitality: Status and Dynamics

Dr. Manish Sharma has a brilliant career. He in first class graduate from P.U., Chandigarh with Hons. In Public Administration. He did his Pst-Graduation ion Gandhian and Peace Studies,standing first class first and was awarded University Medal and Ph.D. from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has been on the Guest Faculty at the Department of Gandhian Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has published a number of research papers in journals of repute. Her has attended and organized a large number of Seminars/ Campus/Conferences and Conventions in India and Abroad and contributed very valuable pares there. He was awarded College Colour and won a large number of prizes in Debates, Declamation Contests, Essay Writing Competitions and other activities at national and college levels during his studentship. He is a also the recipient of President’s Award in Bharat Scouts and Guides (Nov. 6, 1995). He is a life member of the Indian Society of Gandhian Studies. He was awarded J.R.F. by Indian Council of Historical Research, New Delhi. Presently, he is teaching at the Department of Gandhian Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
