ABOUT THE AUTHOR P. Bala Bhaskaran

P Bala Bhaskaran is the Director of the Icfai Business School, Ahmedabad. He started his career as a technocrat after graduation in technology from IIT Madras. He holds a postgraduate degree in management from IIM Bangalore. After two decades of experience as an executive, in engineering industry initially and financial sector later, he moved into academia and was principally responsible for the development of the Ahmedabad campus of Icfai Business School over the last decade. His areas of interest are strategy, finance and entrepreneurship.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Pramod Verma

Dr. Pramod Verma has been teacher, researcher and consultant in management. He had obtained his M.A. in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Manchester (U.K.). He began his teaching career at the Delhi University. He has also taught at the University of Manchester; California State University, San Jose; and Nairobi University, Kenya. He superannuated from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad where he was Professor of Industrial Relations for nearly two and half decades. During the past few years he has been associated with several management institutions, including Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Currently, he is Director, L.J. Institute of Management Studies, Ahmedabad.
