ABOUT THE AUTHOR P.N. Wanchoo

P.N. Wanchoo born in Srinagar (J&K) did his degree in Agri Science from Agra University and Post Graduation from IARI, New Delhi, fellow RHS London, Member EMRA London and IFDTA Michigan (USA). retired from Jammu & Kashmir Agriculture/Horticulture services as deputy Director Agriculture/ Horticulture. Has widely travelled and worked in Himalayan Regions-initiated and implemented extensive development programs of crop/Fruit/Vegetable culture. Has several publications to his credit –one being ‘Horticulture in Himalayas’ –Principles and practices.
