ABOUT THE AUTHOR Pramod Verma

Dr. Pramod Verma has been teacher, researcher and consultant in management. He had obtained his M.A. in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Manchester (U.K.). He began his teaching career at the Delhi University. He has also taught at the University of Manchester; California State University, San Jose; and Nairobi University, Kenya. He superannuated from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad where he was Professor of Industrial Relations for nearly two and half decades. During the past few years he has been associated with several management institutions, including Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Currently, he is Director, L.J. Institute of Management Studies, Ahmedabad.
