ABOUT THE AUTHOR Manjaree Pant

Manjaree Pant is a management graduate from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. She is currently working as Faculty member and Consulting Editor at ICFAI Business School - Ahmedabad. Prior to joining ICFAI, she spent 11 active years in the corporate sector. She began her career with Core Healthcare and then went on to Zydus Cadila Healthcare where she served as Senior Product Manager. She was then drawn towards the challenge of establishing management practice and societal marketing in the not for profit sector, as the Societal Marketing Coordinator at Prathama Blood Centre, Advanced Transfusion Medicine Research Foundation (ATMRF). She has been the Associate Editor to Transfusion Bulletin, the official Quarterly organ of Indian Society of Blood Transfusion and Immunohaemotolgy, (ISBTI). She has also been the resource person for WHO, Red Cross Society and ISBTI on various societal marketing and donor motivation related issues. She regularly contributes to various magazines, published by ICFAI University Press. Her areas of special interest are the nonprofit segment and services marketing.
