Volume II deals in depth with the analysis of indeterminate structures, and also special topics like curved beams and unsymmetrical bending. It provides an introduction to advanced methods of analysis, namely matrix method and plastic analysis.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR S.S. Bhavikatti
Dr. S.S. Bhavikatti served the Karnakata Regional Engineering College (presently NITK) Surathal as a teacher from 1963 to 2001 occupying various positions. Presently he is Head of Civil Engineering Department and Dean (Academic) at SDM College of Engg. & Tech., Dharwad. He has published more than 45 technical papers in Journals and Conferences of national and international repute.
