ABOUT THE AUTHOR K V Sundaram

K.V. Sundaram (b. 1929) is Founder & Chairman of Bhoovigyan Vikas Foundation, dealing with earth-care policies, tuned to the third World Countries. Formerly, chief Technical Adviser FAO/UN and the Indian Planning Commission and Consultant to several UN Organisations. His publications include 15 books and more than 160 research papers. A Regional Development Planner by profession, his technical expertise covers urban and regional planning, rural area development, multilevel planning, eco-development and human resources development.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR P.S. Tiwari

P.S. Tiwari is a writer, Politicianj and Sociologist. He has published a number of books on the subject. He participated and presented his articles on the subject during the seminars in India. He delivered lectures to the schools and universities. At the present he is studying a reputed school in U.P.
