ABOUT THE AUTHOR K V Sundaram

K.V. Sundaram (b. 1929) is Founder & Chairman of Bhoovigyan Vikas Foundation, dealing with earth-care policies, tuned to the third World Countries. Formerly, chief Technical Adviser FAO/UN and the Indian Planning Commission and Consultant to several UN Organisations. His publications include 15 books and more than 160 research papers. A Regional Development Planner by profession, his technical expertise covers urban and regional planning, rural area development, multilevel planning, eco-development and human resources development.
