ABOUT THE AUTHOR B.K. Trehan

B.K. Trehan, an engineer turned yogi, is a well known occupational health, safety and environment professional. An M.Tech. from IIT, New Delhi, he has worked in senior management positions in premier oil and gas companies in India and abroad. Yoga is his passion. He has been teaching yoga in India, US and South America as a community service for the last 15 years. He has developed special yoga programmes for the management of occupational health problems like stress, cervical spondylitis, backache, repetitive strain injury, arthritis, diabetes, digestive disorders, etc.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Indu Trehan

Indu Trehan, co-authoring the book with her husband, is an M.Sc. from University of Delhi. She worked as a research scientist in Indian Council of Medical Research and WHO for several years before taking an early retirement for popularizing yoga among masses. She has a diploma in yoga and naturopathy.
