Organization Development: Intervention Strategies

In today’s world, where there is a tremendous technological growth and erratic capital movement, it is a challenge to develop an effective organization and make it sustainable. An organization’s ability to develop itself can be enhanced with the help of interventions. The concept of Organization Development (OD) is all about managing change at work places.
